what does the plot mean

Plot, like the story line. Like...

The plot in FF X is Yuna must go on the journey of her life that although will be her greatest is also to be her last. What she is searching for is what will save Spira and take her life as well....

It's kinda describing what is going on without really giving away what is to happen at the end.
